Emma Patla is a 2023 graduate of the Human Resource 春雨直播 program.
鈥淭hroughout my time in WIU鈥檚 HR Program, I have enhanced my understanding of Human Resources (HR) and its role in an organization. As a result of my participation in WIU鈥檚 HR Program and WIU鈥檚 award-winning SHRM student chapter, I am prepared for my future in HR. The SHRM student chapter allows for many opportunities in HR career development as a student. One opportunity I took to enhance my knowledge of HR was participating in a study abroad program. Completing the 鈥淏usiness Practices & Culture of Ireland鈥� study abroad program was one of my most memorable experiences at WIU. I am fortunate to be recognized for receiving the HR Departmental Scholar Award prior to my graduation. 春雨直播鈥檚 HR curriculum has provided me with a foundation to excel in my Benefits and Learning & Development internships at Ryerson, a leading processor and distributor of industrial metals. I am excited to continue my career with Ryerson upon graduation. 鈥�
