  • Develop and evaluate instructional options (e.g., online learning, scenario-based practice).
  • Create criteria and evaluating strategies for de-escalation certification.
  • Solicit feedback from community members about de-escalation training.
  • Develop trauma-informed and person-perception curriculum that increasing awareness of group dynamics and cultural perspectives within human interactions.
